The President of The Taxation Association of Macau, Wong Wai Pan Kathy, mentioned in a video speech that the signing of the memorandum symbolizes a deeper collaboration and innovation among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao in policy research, information sharing, corporate services, and talent cultivation. This will promote the construction of a modern tax governance and sharing system in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, helping to establish a market-oriented, rule-of-law, and international business environment. It will provide broader development opportunities for tax professionals in Hong Kong and Macau and contribute to the modernization of tax systems in the Greater Bay Area through joint efforts.

The signing of this memorandum of cooperation and the establishment of the studio not only strengthen the strategic cooperation in the field of taxation between Guangzhou and Macau but also indicate that the tax service construction in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will move towards more comprehensive cooperation and innovation. All parties look forward to contributing to the modernization and high-quality development of the taxation system in the Greater Bay Area and to embracing the future of a new ecosystem in the financial and tax field through joint efforts.
